In my work, I focus on helping my clients work through life stressors, challenges, complexities in relationships, trauma or simply finding a deeper connection in life. I believe that therapy is not about “quick fixes” but rather a complex process of personal growth and helping to “connect the dots” to achieve self-discovery. For me, the most important component in therapy is establishing a genuine connection and creating a space that is nurturing, supportive and nonjudgemental. With over 15 years of experience as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I have provided therapy for individuals and families struggling with various clinical concerns with some including depression, anxiety, trauma and brain injuries.
