Extensive experience providing psychotherapy to adults addressing a range of life challenges, with a particular focus on trauma and its impact on functioning and relationships. My clinical work centers on helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage stressors, and heal from past traumatic experiences, including relational trauma, loss, and adverse life events. I am dedicated to supporting clients in identifying and overcoming barriers that impede emotional well-being, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness.
In the therapeutic process, clients gain evidence-based tools to enhance self-awareness, strengthen coping capacities, and process traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment. I utilize a trauma-informed, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach, drawing from clinical best practices to help clients achieve meaningful, sustainable healing and growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies. My professional background includes work across diverse clinical settings, including outpatient treatment, in-home services, and school-based interventions. I am committed to providing high-quality, individualized care that promotes recovery, resilience, and an improved quality of life.
