Hello and Hola! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, providing psychotherapy to adults and older adults in both English and Spanish. I am passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing process. With a strong background in behavioral health and social work, I have focused on clinical practice since earning my Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge in 2016 and becoming licensed in 2019. I provide culturally responsive, client-centered care to a diverse community. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief, often connected to life transitions, trauma, and changes in their functional abilities and health. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, grief-focused, and trauma-focused interventions among others. My goal is to support individuals in adapting to life changes, strengthening coping skills, and building resilience so they can improve their quality of life and regain a sense of stability, confidence, and meaning.
