I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with both a Doctorate and Master’s degree from the University of Southern California. My professional background includes 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across diverse clinical settings, including community mental health, outpatient services, school-based mental health, Special Education, crisis centers, and private practice.

My clinical work centers on providing therapy for individuals and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and significant life transitions. I am committed to offering a supportive, collaborative, and trauma-informed space that fosters healing and growth.

My therapeutic approach integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Family Systems, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma-Focused interventions, Strength-Based practices, and Mindfulness-Based approaches.

As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, grounding, and compassionate space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and collaboration. Together, we will explore your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
