Dr. John A. Zarske is a licensed psychologist and board-certified clinical neuropsychologist.

Dr. Zarske has extensive experience examining and treating adults and elders in general medical and psychiatric hospitals, neurological rehabilitation, assisted living and acute care settings. He has consulted for private and public health care, regulatory, legal and educational institutions, IME vendors, medical and legal professionals throughout Arizona for over 35 years. Dr. Zarske recently served as a clinical neuropsychologist with the Northern Arizona Health Care Medical Group- Departments of Primary Care and Neurology, in affiliation with the Flagstaff Medical Center, where he helped develop a premier integrated primary care- health psychology practice.

A recipient of the Arizona Governor’s Award for Excellence for his work with traumatic brain injury survivors, he has previously served as an adjunct faculty member with the University of British Columbia and Northern Arizona University. He is a past president of the Arizona Psychological Association and holds life-long professional member status with the American Psychological Association- Society for Clinical Neuropsychology, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, and the National Register of Health Psychologists. He is a non-certified affiliate member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, Fellow with the American College of Professional Neuropsychology and has served as a peer reviewer for the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology.

Dr. Zarske is currently engaged in the independent practice of clinical and forensic neuropsychology.
