Mayra Garcia, LCSW, provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals navigating chronic health conditions, workplace injuries, psychological trauma, and adjustment-related challenges. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties related to recovery, identity changes, and returning to daily functioning following injury or major life disruptions. Mayra utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and build resilience throughout the recovery process. As a bilingual clinician, Mayra provides services in both English and Spanish and is committed to creating a supportive, culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
