I am a Behavioral Health Executive, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Consultant, Educator, Speaker, Author, and Doctoral Candidate with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, organizations, and communities navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful transformation. Throughout my career, I have led behavioral health initiatives, developed innovative programs, facilitated organizational change, and strengthened partnerships across healthcare, education, and community-based settings. My passion lies in helping people move beyond survival and toward lasting growth, understanding, and purpose.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Education and Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies from the University of South Dakota, and I am currently completing my Doctor of Behavioral Health degree. I am licensed in multiple states and hold certifications as a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and Certified Disaster Mental Health Counselor.
